In 2021, a group of seasoned entrepreneurs with a deep backgrounds in startups and the global power sector decided to make a change.

Dr. Hana-Muriel Setteboun
Dr. Hana-Muriel Setteboun is an experienced entrepreneur with a proven track record in Power, including Power Generation, cyber, and fintech.
Hana-Muriel is one of the top entrepreneurs in the Global Powertech market and has led ventures in Power security and Power Blockchain projects. Hana-Muriel has 20 years’ experience in building electricity generation projects in 15 countries, producing more than 4.6Gwh green energy.
Dr. Setteboun served as a professional editor in iea.org In the last 15 years, Hana-Muriel founded and sold several tech and power companies, and held board positions in advanced technology companies, including IAI (Israel Aerospace Industries).
Hana-Muriel holds a PhD in Finance focusing on Private Equity and Venture Capital from Wharton and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and an LL.B. and B.A. in Economics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
Hana-Muriel was an MBA lecturer on Private Equity and Venture Capital at theTechnion - Israel Institute of Technology.
Noam Guzman
Noam Guzman is a seasoned entrepreneur with a proven track record of disrupting
multi-billion dollar markets through automation and AI, in fintech, traveltech, compliance, proptech, and power. Noam built companies from the ground up based on cutting-edge technological solutions that drive game-changing scalability, efficiency, and compliance.
He co-founded Blue dot (formerly VATBox), which became a global standard for automated VAT compliance and recovery for Fortune 500 companies. Customers include GE, Nike, Dell, Amazon, PwC, Eilly Lilly, and many others.

Noam holds dozens of patents in the domains of image process, data matching,
compliance and fraud.
Noam holds an MBA majoring in finance and entrepreneurship from Columbia Business School and Tel Aviv University, and a BSc. in Information Systems Engineering from Ben-Gurion University.
Phil Roberts
Phil Roberts has been working in the energy industry for the majority of his working life, over 30 years, becoming a well-recognised, loyal and respected member of the energy industry.
Phil has a dynamic network and stays in touch with leading change
notifications, that affect an energy industry, whether industry driven or driven from external influencing factors. Phil with the wealth of experience across multiple multitude of skill sets. From managing and running system design and implantation as a Product Manager and owner, Project Management and Business design authority. Along with a hands on experience of working at board level running and supporting energy companies across operation, technology and financial areas.
Phil Has been instrumental in large scale replacement projects covering SCADA solutions and Major change and transformation projects for Utilities in UK and Europe.
Phil has worked with Large System Integrators and Consultancy firms as a Coach and Mentor through their Graduate recruitment.
